Giselle brings 12 years of experience across fashion, beauty, media, and travel. Starting as an intern at ELLE Magazine SA, she climbed the industry ranks, joining Spree.com in 2015 and quickly advancing from Brand Manager to Head of Brand by launching successful initiatives like the Spree Influencer Programme, a first in South Africa.
Founding MM in 2018 during her time at Spree, Giselle has collaborated with South African talents such as YoungstaCPT and Shekhinah. MM’s first-year milestone included a partnership with Sunglass Hut, producing their summer campaign music video “Face The Sun in 2019.
Giselle later joined Zando.co.za as Brand Director and later headhunted to lead Brand & Marketing for Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, becoming their youngest executive in 2020. There she won 3 International awards for Best Tourist Destination in Africa with the brand. During the global pandemic, she created the ‘#LockdownLove series campaign focusing on self-love for all women, gaining national attention with a Television slot on the Espresso Afternoon show.
Her expertise spans marketing strategy, media relations, brand partnerships, and digital marketing. Giselle was also named a Young200 South African by the Mail and Guardian in 2021 for her outstanding work in Tourism and Marketing. After a brief hiatus to focus on private clients in the US in 2022, Giselle is back and fully dedicated to MM, leading a team of specialists to deliver outstanding results for clients in South Africa and the UK.
